Reiki Assessments and Healing is now available for your best friend by a certified Practitioner. Reiki can be performed on any animal.

Pet P.A. is now offering specialised dog and cat treats, because we know most pets have special needs and dietary requirements.

Pet P.A. is the first to offer you a Pet Camera for Hire, should you want extra eyes in your home while you're away.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change.  While we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we typically give a free pass the first time you have to cancel (peak season excluded).

Pet Sitting

All pet sitting services are confirmed in advance and a deposit of 50% is required to secure your dates. The balance is required on the day of your departure. If full payment has already been received, any remaining balance will be credited to your Pet P.A. account toward future services.

Peak Periods – Any pet sitting services cancelled between 8 - 14 days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any pet sitting services cancelled between 4 - 7 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for packages cancelled inside of 3 days of the scheduled job.

Low Seasons – Pet sitting services cancelled between 4 - 14 days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for packages cancelled inside of 3 days of the scheduled job.

Full credits will be provided if more than 15 days notice is given prior to the start of the scheduled job.

If pet sitting service has commenced and one or more days are cancelled due to your early return or change in schedule, no refund will be issued for those unused days.

All Other Services

For our other Pet Care Services, namely Behavioural Consultations, Dog Walking, Nutritional Consultations, Training Sessions or Reiki Sessions a 20% cancellation charge will be imposed for any assignments cancelled within 48 hours, and a 40% cancellation fee will be imposed for any assignments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled service.

Why do we have a cancellation policy?

We have incredible clients who are valuable and extremely important to us. We take pride in providing the best care possible to your pet/s, so having a cancellation policy ensures that all parties will be treated in an equitable manner.

Because there are a finite number of hours in a day and demand for our services continues to grow, we book services weeks, sometimes months, in advance. We try to never turn our clients away but sometimes that does happen and we don’t maintain a waiting list for our services. We reserve your booking in our schedule and if a cancellation occurs we have no way of reselling that time.

Our cancellation policies are the same for everyone and are always available on our website. This transparency allows us to schedule clients who are serious about using our services and understand in advance that our cancellation policy is in place to be fair to all.
